30 Foster, Chautauqua Institution

This Chautauqua Institution cottage is all about porches. On the first level there are two porches; a spacious covered porch on the front of the home and a very large covered and partially enclosed porch on the side. The second floor also has a lovely covered porch which is accessible from two rooms. The home has an excellent location on a nice corner lot near the amphitheater and the Lake and has two parking spaces. This home is now under construction since installation is underway for thru-wall air conditioning units in two rooms, a number new windows and the addition of insulation in some areas. There is a nice sized kitchen with a den/bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms (one currently used as a family room) on the second level. The cottage is now used on a seasonal basis so there currently is no heat. Updates have been made to the electrical panel and most appliances have recently been replaced.––
